1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bet99.bz, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted a single bet99 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is not allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances voided.

Accurate Information. When registering you must provide accurate, truthful personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. bet99 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach occurred due to your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

Account Currency. All bet99 accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are all processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees when using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or supported bank accounts.

Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be considered dormant. bet99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player through their verified withdrawal method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods. bet99 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, and major debit and credit cards. Mobile wallets are the fastest and most widely used method among Pakistani players.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These may vary by payment method and can be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. bet99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.

Deposit Bonuses and Withdrawal. Where a deposit has been matched by a bonus, the wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be completed before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.

Currency. All transactions occur in PKR. bet99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your bank or wallet processes a payment in a foreign currency and converts it before it reaches bet99, any conversion fees or exchange differences are your bank's responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, per IP address.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or used on games or markets that are excluded from the specific promotion's terms.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using low-risk betting patterns to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Bet Placement. All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have reviewed your bet slip and clicked to confirm, the bet is placed and cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your selections carefully before confirming, particularly during live in-play betting where odds change rapidly.

Cricket and PSL Markets. Cricket is bet99's primary sport. Markets are available for PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 tournaments, ODIs and Test series. In-play betting is available ball by ball during live matches. Markets may be suspended temporarily during delays, reviews, or when unusual betting patterns are detected.

Void Bets. A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• A match is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement has been completed.
• An obvious pricing error is identified — where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• The event did not take place on the scheduled date and was not rescheduled within the window stated in the applicable sport rules.

Results and Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket this is the ICC or PCB depending on the competition. In the event of any dispute about an official result, settlement will be deferred until the official result is confirmed.

Maximum Winnings. bet99 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across sports markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, and competition. Bets that exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum applicable amount.

Multiple Bets and Accumulators. Accumulator bets are available across sports markets. Standard accumulator rules apply — if one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included. All other terms above apply equally to accumulator bets.

7 Casino and Games

Live Casino. Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — are provided via third-party studios and streamed in real time. The rules for each game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bet99 settles live casino outcomes based on the result as determined by the game provider's system.

Slots and RNG Games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) games use certified random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Past results have no influence on future outcomes — each spin or hand is an independent event.

Fish Games. Fish games are arcade-style games where players purchase ammunition and attempt to catch fish carrying varying payout values. The outcome is determined by certified random systems. bet99 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions during a fish game session — in the event of a disconnection, any ammunition purchased but unused will not be refunded.

Technical Malfunctions. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a casino or game session — such as a server error or display fault — the round in question will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings displayed as a result of a malfunction before correction are not valid and will not be paid.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly not permitted on bet99. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Match fixing or corrupt influence — betting on events where you have knowledge of or involvement in the manipulation of the result.
• Arbitrage betting at scale — systematically exploiting price differences across markets in a way that is clearly not consistent with recreational play.
• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts, using proxy registrations, or employing low-risk bet patterns specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Automated betting software — using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering — using the bet99 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. bet99 is required to report suspicious financial activity.
• Chargebacks — filing unauthorised chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to your bet99 account. Any chargeback attempt will result in the account being frozen and the amount recovered from any available balance.
• Sharing accounts — allowing another person to use your bet99 account for any purpose.

9 Responsible Gaming
